Online Coaching is an excellent way to adapt both nutrition and training.
We look at your previous training, your goals and other individual factors. Based on this data, you will receive a training plan from me and all the necessary information for practical implementation. Of course, we will consider your life circumstances (job, familiy, e.g.). For a sustainable goal achievement it is necessary to bring all life factors into harmony. Through weekly feedback, we continue to adjust training and nutrition and thus work on your personal goal.

For a Personal Training you can freely decide on the content of the training session and determine it yourself or give the me free choice. My sessions take place in Prague, Stodulky where an excellent outdoor training ground with machinery is available. The individually designed training session can have a duration of 60 or 90 minutes. By arrangement, the training can also be booked in a private studio.
Whether muscle building or fat reduction, a personalized training plan will be tailored to your needs. For this we will discuss your personal goals, life circumstances, possibility to train.
